Duke now offers a fast and convenient way to pay for your garage ticket using your mobile device. There is no app to download or account to create.

Important: Please pay when ready to exit the garage. Paying early may result in additional charges for extra time spent in the garage.

Pay on Phone is only available at the following locations:

  • Parking Garage 1 (PG1)
  • Parking Garage 2 (PG2)
  • Parking Garage 3 (PG3)
  • Additional Locations Coming Soon!
  1. Scan - Scan the QR code printed on your parking ticket. Tap the external link to open the secure payment page.

  1. Go - Scan your original ticket or the QR code on your phone at the exit gate.
    • Save your receipt as a PDF or JPEG, or have it emailed to you
