Duke Parking & Transportation gladly assists departments with commencement-related parking arrangements. Planning begins at the start of the spring semester and we ask that official departmental requests are submitted by March 1st, 2025 by using this registration form. To efficiently serve your needs, parking attendants and equipment such as signage and cones may be required. For VIP/reserved space requirements, please use this attached reserved space list and email to ptsevents@duke.edu by Friday May 2nd, 2025.
Your commencement-related parking request will be processed by email within 2 business days of submittal. Confirmation will include a cost estimate, parking availability and staffing/equipment/signage information.
