When you request a Duke Van, you will need to provide your DUKE NETID and password. There are multiple ways to enter your Duke Credentials:

  1. Request a ride. If you are not logged in, you will be required to enter your Duke NetID and password after you have requested a ride. If you do not log in you may need to enter your DUKE NetID and password every time you request a ride.
  2. Logging in to OnDemand makes requesting a Duke Van quicker and simpler.  You may log in to Transloc OnDemand using your Duke NetID. Navigate to the settings tab. Click “LOG IN.” Click “Log In with University Account.” Select Duke University. Enter your Net ID and password.
  3. Alternatively, you may log in and / or create a Transloc account. To log in or create an account, navigate to the settings tab. Click “LOG IN”. Enter your Transloc credentials or create a Transloc account.
