Options for Staff Returning to Work on Campus
If you are making plans to return to campus there are several available parking options that are designed to offer varying levels of flexibility.
If you will be working a hybrid schedule, you may purchase daily or multi-day permits - prices, locations and additional details are provided for your consideration.
If you turned in an annual permit last year because you were not on campus, you may obtain a new permit of the same type by using our online service, My Parking Account. There you will see the permit type you had previously, beginning with “24” as the prefix, such as “24GC” or “24H”. Select that permit, choose ANNUAL PERMIT PAYROLL DEDUCTION as the payment method, and print the receipt or save the QR code to your smart phone to access gates until your new, annual hangtag permit arrives at the address you specified. Charges begin within a month from date of sale. Your option to purchase a permit in the same location as the permit you returned will be valid until August 15, 2022, except for Allen lot permits, which must be re-purchased by early May, 2022.
- If you had an ADA permit (AMS, AMR), MG, Carpool permit, or park in any type of reserved parking space, contact us at tranpark@duke.edu and we’ll be in touch to assist with your parking needs.
- Patrons who paid for permits by cash should contact us at tranpark@duke.edu for further instructions on purchasing permits.
- If your parking arrangements were previously handled by your department’s administration, check with them before purchasing a permit on-line.
