There are multiple lots available for R1 permit holders.  The parking lots around Central Campus are 'Park & Walk' options that are not serviced by any bus routes. The parking lots near Grey Stone Church, Rutherford St, and Hillsborough Rd are 'Park & Ride' options services by the H1 bus route.

The overflow lots are indicated below in Blue.
