Thanksgiving Holidays November 2022
With students, faculty and staff away from campus during Thanksgiving, Duke Parking and Transportation Services will adjust its transit schedule and parking lot availability around the holiday.
No Duke transit service, including Duke Vans, will operate on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 24.
Reduced bus service will operate Friday, Nov. 25, with no service for H1, H2, H5, & PR1, Duke Vans and limited C1, SWS (Swift) and LaSalle Loop holiday service schedules.

Wednesday, Nov. 23 (No undergraduate classes)
- Regular Hospital service: H1, H2, and H5
- C1 (1 bus) 7:00am - 9:00pm
- SWS (1 bus) 7:30am - 9:00pm
- LaSalle Loop (LL) 7:00am - 10:16pm
- PR-1 regular service 6:36am - 8:43pm
- Duke Vans regular service until 11:59pm (last ride 11:45 pm)
Thursday, Nov. 24 - Thanksgiving
- No Duke Transit or Duke Vans service
Friday, Nov. 25
- No H Routes
- No PR-1 service
- C1 (1 bus) 7:00am - 9:00pm
- SWS (1 bus) 7:30am - 9:00pm
- LaSalle Loop (LL) 7:00am - 10:16pm
- Duke Vans – no service
Saturday, Nov. 26
Sunday, Nov. 28
- Regular Weekend service
- Duke Vans - no service
Parking adjustments:
Parking garages and surface lots may be used without charge with a valid Duke permit Thursday through Sunday for employee and student motorists. Visitors will be required to pay the regular hourly rate.
The Parking and Transportation Services offices at the Science Drive Garage and Duke Clinic will be closed Nov. 24 - 25, and will reopen Nov. 28.
