Bicycling at Duke is an ideal way to get around, whether it's for exercise or transportation, and Duke makes it easy and convenient for students, faculty and staff to park safely and close to buildings.

Employees and graduate students can register as a bicycle commuter to receive up to 2 free daily parking passes per month for your preferred lot for days you need to drive a car to campus. Registered Duke bike commuters also get another perq: when biking to campus, you're permitted to use showers in the Wilson Center or Brodie Center from when the gyms open to 9 a.m. Monday through Friday. For gym access, the commuter's DukeCard is required. For a complete list of the showers on campus, please click here.

For unexpected crises, employees may register for Triangle Transit's Emergency Ride Home Program. Information about using this service can be found at http://www.gotriangle.org/ERH/.
