The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy issues a comprehensive list of model year 2000 to model year 2012 vehicles that scored 40 and above in its rankings. Parking and Transportation Services uses this list to issue Low Emission Vehicle stickers for preferential parking spaces in the Research Drive Garage.
